You can save it till till Pesach season at which point there will probably be ads about Shaimos collections.
Last year Judaica Plaza sold Shaimos boxes which you fill up and bring back to them. Try calling them to see if they're still doing it.

Most shuls have shaimos. Ask the gabbai of your local shul if you can give them your shaimos (for a fee). We have done it in the past.
