You can't.
But what you can do is just hand her a tissue without any emotion and walk away.
Also see if she needs help cleaning out her nose when you bathe her and get her ready for bed. It could be she feels like she needs to because something is there. Also clean out her nose for her in the morning and teach her over time how to blow out her nose.
With time she should hopefully grow out of it and learn how to handle better hygiene.
