S/o of the cooking for chesed thread.
I'm the op. I found an organization, and I've been cooking and baking.
Looking for some more ideas of food I can cook and then freeze that'll taste great and that are affordable for me.
Cakes mains sides. (I have a lot of soups already.)
Easy only.

Don't know if there's a budget but marinated chicken cutlets that u can. Marinate and freeze flat and pull out as u need they defrost quickly and grill before sending...
Muffins and bars... I have two oatmeal recipes that are easy and great...
Mini pizza
Spinage quiche
Freeze well raw and just have to pull out raw and put into oven

Yasher koach to you. Where are you located? Do you need more volunteers?
Baked ziti, soups (split pea, mushroom barley, chicken...), meatballs and spaghetti, meatloaf, rice, noodle kugel, brownies (just about any cake), any type of roast...

Chicken fricassee freezes really well. So do most chicken dishes that are cooked with a sauce. I also freeze pot pies and quiches, knishes and bourekas of all types, fish patties....

Absolutely. The Hershey's ultimate chocolate cake (online) is addictive.
The brownies from kids in the kitchen (I like to get crazy and drop spoonfuls of PB throughout the batter before I bake it).
Banana cake:
3 mashed bananas
3 eggs
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c oil
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate chips (optional, but recommended!)
Bake on 350 for 45 min
