I have a recipe for caramel coconut bars from last year's Ami magazine.
The only part of the bar that's mezonos is the cookie crumb crust.
If you're interested in the recipe let me know and I will post it.

That is really basic and easy or store bought.
Dairy for Shavuos.

Dairy wafer cakes and cheese buns sold at bakeries are very good.
Not cheap though.

Don't know if this is still applicable but milchig blueberry muffins are really good. I would also recommend chocolate cheese muffins.
