I accidentally put 3whole eggs in a cake recipe instead of 3 egg whites. Can I save the batter?

Yes it should be fine. What type of cake is it? I make a white cake recipe which uses only egg whites, but plenty of white cake recipes use whole eggs. (I think then its called yellow cake lol)

Both types are yummy.

Maybe put in a bit less liquid?

It was a Duncan hines white cake. I had already added the other liquids and it seemed more liquid-y than I thought it should be so I rechecked ingredients. I just baked it as is. Hoping for the best.
Should I have added more dry ingredients?

I always make the Duncan Hines white cake with whole eggs instead of egg whites. It might make the cake a bit less white, but I don't think the taste or texture are much affected.

SAME! I have never had a cake disaster with those mixes, even when I get creative.

Spice cake? Let's make carrot, zucchini, and raisin cake with it! No problem.

Yellow cake? How about a mashed up banana and some chocolate chips!

Chocolate cake? Add a whole bunch of cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mexican cocoa!

Duncan Hines is expensive in Israel because it's imported, and I think that Americans are the only ones who buy it, but if you need a fool proof cake, it's worth every penny.
