I need lots of chicken cutlet recipes for someone who won't eat chicken on the bone. Is there any cookbook that has lots of recipes or else I will make my own cookbook. Thanks

Cornflakes chicken skewers
Cut chicken cutlet in half. Dip into a mixture of mayo honey and mustard. Dip into crushed cornflakes. Not crushed too finely. Thread onto skewers. Hang onto a 9x13 pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Chicken pastrami roll ups
Smear a mixture of ketchup and mayo on both sides of cutlet. Layer slice of pastrami. Roll it up and dip into cornflake crumbs. Secure with toothpick. Bake on 350 covered about 20 min. And uncover 15 min.

Dip cutlets into crushed pretzel sticks and fry.

Awesome recipe for chicken Rib steaks. You can buy them at any butcher store.

Make a mixture with 4 tablespoons mayo, 3 tsp. Mustard and 2 tsp. Honey, 2 cubes frozen garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the chicken steaks well and dry well with paper towels. Lightly rub this mixture on both sides, then dredge in light crumbs like cornflakes or your favorite panko.

Lay them out in 9x13 pans; they take up more room than regular chicken bottom because they're pounded out.

Preheat oven to 375.

Cover them almost all the way with silver foil. Leave a drop uncovered so it won't be soggy.

Bake for an hour.

Absolutely delicious and so simple to prepare!

It looks gorgeous! I serve it with basmati rice and mushrooms but it can be served with anything.

Another variation to the chicken rib steak mixture is mayo, garlic and soy sauce. Also awesome but isn't sweet at all. Recipe is otherwise the same

I marinate them in pesto, then roll them up, coat with cornflake crumbs and bake.
I also bake them whole in a homemade teriyaki sauce. After they are chilled I slice them into strips and heat them up in the sauce.

Marinated and grilled is my favorite method

Are boneless thighs an option? They are good braised as well

My kids love the sesame chicken recipe from What's Cooking. I dont use bite size pieces, it's too much of a hassle to fry all the pieces.
The recipe calls for 4-6 cutlets

Dip cutlets in egg and flour and fry till golden

Put in 9x13 pan and cover with sauce. Bake uncovered for 15-20 mins

Sauce:
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
Handful of sesame seeds

Mix and pour over chicken

I always double the sauce recipe (yes it's that good!)
My pickiest eater will eat 2 cutlets when its made this way!

I saw an enticing slow-cooker chicken recipe which I think could be adapted.
It included honey, soy sauce, garlic, lime and corn starch.

Easiest moist chicken cutlets (from the Binah)

Dice chicken cutlets into small pieces.
Put in 9x13
Pour cornflake crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper to taste onto cutlets. Shake to coat.

Drizzle honey and spray a lot of pam over.

Bake 375’. After 7 minutes, shake pan and spray again. Bake another 7 mins.

They are sooo good and super easy.

Are you guys talking about tops or bottoms? They make cutlets from both. And it's 2 different cooking times

My friend has been making it for years and they love it. I'm not much of a fryer but the recipe is good.
