I am.making ind strawberry shortcakes for tonight. I.have cubed pound cake, strawberry syrup thing with mushed strawberries and whipped cream. Any way to assemble it in advance or will the whipped cream melt/fall? For whipped cream I whipped up parve whipping cream. Thank you!!

Hopefully someone who has done it can answer, but I would recommend freezing it immediately and taking it out about 45 minutes before

Whipped cream will be fine but cake will be soggy so I wouldn’t do it in advance

I like it soggy and mushy!
I always make in advAnce and keep in refrigerator
