My son is 6 and doesnt feel when he has accidents. He is shocked when his pants are wet/dirty. Has anyone had this with their child? How did you help?

You need to take him to a pediatric urologist. He might have a weak bladder.

OP- this is so tough! I second this: I recently learnt about the eighth sense called interoception and its my favorite sense! It explains so much about my ds! Hatzlochah with your child
