[quote="champion"]I would be more comfortable if this thread would just be called 'breakfast smoothie'/quote]

That would defeat the purpose because I'm after smoothies that can be consumed on a diet. No fruits or sugar in any shape or form.

This isn’t a smoothie, but you can make it a smoothie consistency

1/2 cup almond milk
8-10 berries (or more)
1/2 cup Chia seeds
Blend
If it’s too thick thin it out with a little almond milk

So ladies, I'm confused here. What should I be eating?
We have;
No sugar or artificial sweeteners
No fruit or foods rich in fructose (dates/agave/honey)
No carbohydrates or starches
No dairy
No soy- mimics estrogens when processed.
Nuts are high in fat
Not too much fish- it has mercy.
Limit the eggs and red meat-cholesterol
Coconut oil is high in saturated fat and studies are showing it is not the miracle food it was touted to be.
Avoid salt, and fat-of course.

So other than organic cucumber and the baked chicken breast (grilled causes carcinogens), what is a girl to eat?

People usually go either low carb or low fat, not both. Low fat is based on a common fallacy of people thinking that fat makes you fat.

I thought it consuming more calories than you burn which makes you fat.
And doesn't a diet high in saturated fat (which coconut actually is) cause cardiac complications?

Cardboard.
If you blend it with homemade unsweetened almond milk made by soaking organically grown almonds you'll get a smoothie.

I once did a non fat low carb program.
It left me so week that just walking from the bed to the bathroom exhausted me
Glucose is an energy source
Fat is an energy source
In the absence of 1 you need the other

Those that are low fat are also high carb
Those that are low carb are high fat

Cardboard is actually a cellulose. If you were to be able to brake it down, it would simply to a sugar.
If you can't, it will cause digesting issues like olean.

Homemade almond milk, which is not fortified like its commercial counterpart, is not significantly nutritionally that much different that water With a little calcium and magnesium.

1 1/4 cup milk (or milk substitute)
1 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs almond or cashew butter
1 tsp cocoa
About 10 ice cubes (or 5 large ones)

I have tried this with sugar. It is seriously better without. But it is a lot of calories. I have this at about 8 in the morning and not ready for lunch until 2
