How many times a day do you have to charge your phone if you start at 100%? Which phone?

Do not overcharge. Once charged (let's say at night when you're asleep), keeping the phone plugged in will kill the battery. So if you need to buy a new battery now, make sure to keep it well by not overcharging.

I use my phone all day and charge it every night. It rarely gets down to 20% or lower at the end of the day. I can probably go a day and half but don’t want to carry a charger with me during the day.

My iphone's battery is pretty great. Last time I charged it to 100% was yesterday and it doesn't need to be charged yet. But I also don't do anything battery-draining on my phone. Just emails, calls, texts, social media. I have one game but rarely play it.
