I have only rented vacation apartments in Israel. but I would assume it to be similar.
Linens, pillows, towels - please make sure to have spares available!
plasticware, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, tissues and toilet paper, basic cleaning supplies, hot plate and/or microwave, electric kettle, foil, sugar, coffee, tea bags, salt and pepper, folding crib
They don't usually have reading materials and toys around, but I have heard of it being offered to people with kids.
One really nice touch in the last place we used - they put out a couple of packages of cookies, and left 2 bottles of drinks in the fridge.
Oh- another nice touch is to have a list of local minyanim in the rental.

I would leave cleaning supplies too- plenty of people do want to leave rental places clean and nice.

Very clear instructions on any large appliances.
I once stayed a shabbos somewhere and my kid threw up. There was a washer in the place, but I didn't know how to use it and didn't want to risk breaking it, so I dragged the stuff to a laundromat.
But clear instructions would have been nice.
Also tissues, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags.

If possible- could you label the counters and sinks (if two) meat and dairy? They very often aren’t and it’s hard to guess

Hi owner from your big house in fallsburg....Just remember when you said "bedding" I thought it meant linen....ran midnight to Walmart...was a disaster . People please be CLEAR
