Anyone know the rate I would pay for a babysitter/friend sleeping at my house for a week to take care of my kids while I go away? Monsey if that matters.

Depends how many kids, if there’s any additional household help or she will be responsible for laundry/cleaning.
In the past I’ve paid someone between $100-$150. That was with a full time housekeeper doing laundry, cleaning and helping out with the baby. Babysitter took over carpools, making sure kids were dressed, fed and ready int he morning, hw done, supper was usually takeout so she’d arrange that.

$150 a night+ morning (if she's not home to babysit during the day. More if she is. )

3 kids. All out during the day.cleaning help coming in 4 times a week to help with cleaning and laundry. She will be doing morning routine, afternoon and cooking dinner/shabbos.
