Honey mustard grilled chicken cutlets, sliced, on top of a salad with lettuce, corn, grape tomatoes, red onion and pickles. Now I need a dressing recipe.
I got the idea for this recipe from one of the frum magazines, but I didn't save the actual recipe. I'd appreciate if anyone can post either a recipe or a combination of ingredients, even without exact measurements.

Equal parts red wine vinegar, honey, and oil. Salt+pepper to taste.

These recipes sound like the mustard taste will be too strong - in the chicken and on the salad. I want something that will complement.

I only have white wine vinegar. Can that work as a substitute or should I nix this option?

I'm a bit unsure about the raw eggs.

Yup that'll b fine. I just love the way red wine vinegar goes with mustard! But white wine vinegar is perfect

It’s a home made mayo recipe just more runny so it can be used as a dressing

I ended up making a dressing as a spinoff of this recipe. Instead of the vinegar I used lemon juice and in addition to the rest of the listed ingredients here, I added garlic powder.
It was super delicious and went so well with the salad!
Thank you!
