The first 12 lbs came off in 1 months
The next 12 lbs took 4 months
Since Purim the scale hasnt budged
It occasionally goes up 2 and down 2
I need to lose another 20lbs
Would like another 25
I eat whole 30/low carb
Basically lots of veggies and protein
I don’t limit my fats, and use only olive, coconut, avocado oil.
I eat 2 meals a day and don’t snack in between
Also I do intermittent fasting and for the most part stick to 16/8.
I exercise as well, everyday I walk 30 minutes
4x a week I train with weights with a trainer that use to be a PT.
Don’t know what to do to lose the next 20lbs
It’s like my body is happy at this weight
I’m 5’0, 140lbs

Try calorie counting even for a short time to see if you're in a calorie deficit
