Thinking ahead to next shabbos. What's the best way to keep couscous (the small kind) warm on the bleach for 2-3 hrs without it turning to goop?

Couscous is dry
It shouldn’t turn to goop
Just put it on top of something that’s on the blech already

It's happened to me before. I think, maybe, because I added water and left it on?

Don't add water. Do as cbg suggested and put it on top of another warm pot lid to keep it warm. If you try to get it really hot it won't be good because it's too delicate.
