My personal opinion and experience, it does not pay to go over shabbos. Chabad has a dairy and meat restaurant. You can get tickets to attractions at chabad. Beware that its very hot and the lines are extremely long in the summer. Especially on weekends, the lines for attractions can take an hour or more. Not an ideal situation for a pregnant women.

OP - make sure your insurance will take care of you if you are in Canada.

Food at Chabad is pretty expensive. Easier to take along a pizza maker and some bread, cheese and ketchup. Or a george foreman.
