Does anyone skip Chicken soups in the summer when it's really hot outside & have some type of cold soup instead. I'm looking for ideas.

I love chicken soup even in the summer but have given in to my son's request for fruit soup.
Here's the recipe
1 can peaches
1 can fruit cocktail
Mix together in blender.
Chill.

One of my kids calls it salad soup. It tastes like tomatoes, cucumber pepper etc with a little tang from the vinegar. Its hard for me to explain. We like it and the ingredients are not fancy which is my favorite part.
