My leased Toyota is making noise. Which Bklyn Toyota dealership is the most efficient for checking it out and finding the problem?

Do they look at it on the spot?

If car needs repair do they give you a loaner car?

What kind of noise? Because our car makes noise when we accelerate a bit as if were were racing. I was explained that this particular model does that. We are not too happy.

Turned out its our imagination, we were hearing a noise that sounded like when someone has a flat. then we stopped hearing it altogether.
