Please send me link as to which plastic drawers, right size, color, height etc, girls bring to camp. Thank you!

You need to find out if there's room for drawers to go next to the bed. Then you can buy any.
Otherwise, you can either get the individual drawers that stack so the height can be customized according to how much space is under each bed. Or get the narrow set drawers that total 12" height so they fit under the bed.

Link above is workable anywhere but drawers are shallow.

If you don't know where the drawers will be used, and need the option for them to fit under the bed then buy the individual stackable ones.

way too expensive for a young girl going to camp! I still don't understand why it's needed at all. Aren't there shelves/cubbies? We never did this.

I sent my son with 2 kinds - 2 stacking ones that are big enough to hold all his socks/underwear.
Then we also sent small stacking set of 3 drawers. those drawers are more shallow and good for misc small stuff, stationary, first aid supplies. He is using them in camp in the cubbies not under the bed. But your son won't know until he gets there where the storage will be.

IME, most people get the regular three drawer tower that's skinny and about end table height. Every luggage truck I've seen for multiple camps has tons of them. If there's no room next to the bed, it ends up at the foot of it. Having the narrow ones means you can have two people's next to each other for the bunkbed.

It's $45 for a case of 6. One camper just needs 2 or 3. Split the case between 2-3 girls or go to a local store and buy them individually.
I'm sending 2-3 stackable drawers and some folding baskets to use in the camp cubbies. They fold flat and don't take up room in the suitcase.
