My son's shirts come out after five seconds. I'm looking for a white on white shirt with sleeves that are on the longer side and short shirt tails. Basically want him to look neat even with untucked shirt. If I buy a smaller size then the sleeves are too short and a big size looks really sloppy. In general I find that the sleeves are too short even if the shirt fits. Thanks in advance.

The h and m white non iron shirts are pretty short tailed IMO. Have you tried them?

doesn't look like what I'm looking for but the sizing of the sleeves and shirt tail does look good.
