Just got a $60 ticket for parking in front of 1351 39th street.
We thought from 13th avenue until the Mikva was No Parking, and after the KRM Mikva, in front of the Jewelry store is ok. We got a $60 ticket. We parked there to save time of going into garage and retrieving car after.
Any way to reduce it?

There are companies that fight tickets.
They charge 50% of the ticket fine.
What does the parking violation say?

Yes that block has no parking on most of it, but the signs are not clear. Someone kindly pointed it out to us when we tried to park there.
Perhaps you can take a picture and show that it’s not clear.

Ticket says parked in front of 1351 ...
I’d try using one of these companies. Who in BP does this?
DH is nervous that credit will be ruined if they say they eliminated ticket and didnt.
At what point do you pay?

You can always check the status online and see whether or not it was dismissed.

Not the same, but last week I was in BP and my parking meter expired at 11:41. I was running behind from the SM. I got a ticket with the time of 11:41. Who in BP can liaison with NYPD about this?
If the signs aren’t clear there’s a problem. I just paid and think you should too.

There’s a 5 min grace period. Mail in the new muni paper n plead not guilty
