Put them in vacuum packed bags so it doesn't take so much room.
Top shelf of a closet that's not being used so much, under a bed...

I put them into large vacuum space saver bags. Vacuum hem and they shrink to half the size. 4 or 5 of these bags fit on the uppermost shelf of my linen closet. If I wouldn’t have room here I’d see if I could put 1 bag on the top shelf of each bedroom closet

If you put a few scented dryer sheets before you vacuum pack it will smell good when you re-open

I like to get taller beds that allow under the bed storage. I'll store the out of season linen over there.

Do they ever bounce back to original fluffiness? I have 2 pillows in such bags and afraid to open them feel like they are ruined.

I don't know because never used these bags, but I'm thinking tumble drying would do it.
