I’m planning to host an informal family get together, and want to do deli platters and sides (Israeli salads, cole slaw, potato salad, pasta salad....) some artisan breads, cake, etc.

How many lbs, deli meat do I need for 10 adults and 10 kids (ages 5-11)? And how many lbs. of each salad? How many loaves bread?
