Planning a buffet with lox, bagels, etc. Can someone help with amounts for 100 people?
Bagels
Lox
Whitefish spread
Cheese platters (the kind Costco sells with a variety of squares..)
Cream cheese containers
Sliced tomatoes/cucumber/onion
Other vegetables/guacamole
Fruit (platters of melon/grapes)
Drinks
