No the school is not hard to get into. I assume you are asking about the community that is near Torah Academy? The only other community is East Boca is near the East Boca Chabad. What specific info are you looking for? My kids attend the school but we don’t live in that neighborhood though it seems very nice and people love the Rabbi.

I am looking into the east boca- chofetz chaim area. Are the houses in a development or more like a regular street? Are there any teachers jewish teachers in the public schools over there?(I heard they pay a lot less than ny)
