I want to apply for WIC at this location and I've been calling non stop but no one picks up phone or returns my call (I have left multiple voicemails.) How do I get through to make an appointment???

they usually answer or return calls. last week I couldnt get through and when I came in (actually 2 weeks ago), there was a sub so that explained that. I dont live near there so I totally understand the frustration of not being able to just walk in when they dont pick up.
I am happy with the location. In the summer, Thursdays are walk in days from 7am-2pm if that helps.

Thank you! Does walk in mean that they will process my paper work then? I can walk in and have an actual appointment?

Yes. I just did that on Thursday of this past week. I needed to meet with them to update something and they took me in, no problem. This is just for the summer.
