What's your favorite keto dairy dinner? Where can I find kosher keto recipes? TIA!

Most people on keto do not eat dairy because of the carbohydrates dairy products have, which can knock one out of ketosis.

Does cheesecake count as dinner? 😂
Seriously though, zucchini lasagna, cauliflower pizza, eggplant parmigiana (don’t bread the eggplant and check carbs in tomato sauce), frittatas would make a good dinner. You can also make Wonder noodles and cheese. We usually have dairy for breakfast and fish or fleishik for dinner.
As for recipes, I don’t know if there’s a specific kosher Keto site. Just search for Keto recipes and see what you can adapt. There are few kosher Keto Instagrammers. Not sure if they give recipes. I only use them for ideas.

This is not accurate. Many dairy products have enough fat that the low carb content is not a concern. Examples include products made with high fat cheeses, sour cream, heavy cream, butter, cream cheese, etc.
Examples of dairy dinners on keto:
grilled salmon with broccoli in butter and cheese sauce.
mini veggie egg bites with cheese or cheese veggie quiche w almond flour crust
zucchini noodles with cream, butter, and cheese sauce plus separately tuna salad.
cobb-style salad with cheese, eggs, avocado, spinach, romaine, cucumber, tomato, etc.
also lots of heavy cream-based milkshakes or smoothies - heavy cream with some raspberries and ice.
cheesecakes with almond flour crust, or crustless.

I didn't do Keto so seriously but when I was on it, I made fettuccine alfredo but with spiced, roasted green beans as the base for the cream, instead of pasta.
I also made different versions of omelets with lots of cheese and fish with butter/lemon dressing.

Mini spinach frittatas - makes 24 frittatas
1 pkg frozen spinach (I believe it’s 24 oz), thawed and drained
1 16 oz container of cottage cheese
2 cups of shredded cheese of your choice (you can mix and match)
8 eggs
1/2 of milk or cream
2 tsps ground cumin (if you like)
1/2 tsp black pepper or more to taste
2 Tbsps chopped parsley or dry parsley. I don’t usually measure.
Combine all of the ingredients and spoon the mixture into 24 oiled cupcake cups. Bake on 375 for 20 to 25 minutes till eggs are set and lightly brown.
Serve with sour cream and salsa (optional)
You can make 2 9x13 trays instead of mini frittatas. They freeze well. You can half the recipe if you want.
You can also substitute spinach with broccoli. I usually use about 32 oz bag of broccoli and boil it first for a little bit.
