Thinking of doing this on a Lancaster trip with almost 4 year olds. Is it worth it/fun?
How do you know everything is kosher there including the serving utensils? (We eat oud)

Super fun. Everything is kosher except gummy bears in the make your own ice cream part (and everything is labeled)
Enjoy!

I actually thought most of it was a bit above my kids. Prob more appropriate for kids a bit older than that (I’d guess over 8).

How do you know the serving utensils are kosher? Are they disposable?

You can assume that the serving utensils are not kosher.

We were there last summer, though we didnt do the ice cream classroom.
Kids saw a slideshow, had a small playplace there and drank lots of iced tea.

Why do so many people eat there if that’s the case?

People eat there for the same reason people eat at many other places that are a kashrus issue. Maybe people are just not aware? Or not makpid? In any case, don't do what "people" do. We need to do what we think is right.

Have you been there or are you assuming? I was thinking maybe they use disposable. I was told the items each have a hechsher. Was just asking about utensils

They don't use disposable serving utensils. Maybe ask a sheila what you should do.

People eat there because of the ice cream is all kosher, what would the issue be with the serving utensil? An ice cream scooper used for only kosher ice cream. How it different than going to any carvel/baskin Robbins/Haagen Dazs/B&J etc

If all the items being served are cold, and nothing is cooked, there is no issue with using a "treif" spoon to serve kosher ice cream or a "treif" decanter to serve kosher iced tea.
