Looked at go daven but not clear how close everything is to airport. Don't want husband to get stuck in morning rush hour traffic so we miss the flight.
All ideas welcome.

Shaarei Tefillah Synagogue is close to the entrance to the highway to the airport. Its MO if that matters. I would still leave 45 mins to get the airport.

When DH was in the same situation, he couldn't find anything near the airport. He ended up going to a minyan factory in Thornhill (I believe this one https://www.godaven.com/shul-d.....44108), picked up breakfast at a nearby bakery, and took a taxi back to the airport. Traffic wasn't bad, but it was a long trip, and not cheap. Maybe somebody local will have another option for you.
