Hi, someone recently posted about her nice vacation there and I cant find it now.

My kids age between 5 and 11, wondering what there is to do there for that age range and a nice place to stay. Looking for a nice, comfortable suite for a family of 6.

Thanks!

Hi! I was wondering if it’s possible to go to jiminy peak over a weekend. Is it walking distance to a shul etc. ?

No it definitely is not. I was there this season and we had 3 for a minyan but couldn't get any shul that is walking distance. It would be awesome if that would happen one day...

The on-mountain lodging isn't walking distance to shul. But you could look up the shul's address and find an AirBNB in that area, which would allow you to be there for Shabbos. And during the week, you'll still be plenty close to be able to drive to the mountain to do activities (probably around 10 minutes).

Chabad had a pizza place on the mountain when we were there a few years ago, which covered lunch. Otherwise, bring your own food, like any other places without kosher restaurants. 3 is a little young to fully enjoy what there is to do there. There are things for toddlers to do, but older kids will appreciate it more.

If we want to spend one day relaxing, what is there to do at the Wyndham hotel itself?

we went a few yrs ago - mid week for 2 nights. was mobbed with yidden. was definitely minyanim every 2 seconds we were approached for mincha etc. (a lot of chassidim from monsey area) not sure if your 3 yr old will enjoy much, I would say prob best ages 6-13 would enjoy. we stayed on the premises (there are many diff lodging options) all the activities are right there on that mountain resort - alpine slides/cable cars/trampoline jump etc. you can checkout https://www.jiminypeak.com/

My 3yr old loved the alpine slide. We took him on our lap.

Is there Kosher food in the area? Is there enough to do there for it to be worth staying 2 days? Is there a hotel with a swimming pool in the area? Thanks

Anyone can give me more information about staying at Wyndham Bentley Brook. Can you stay there over shabbos? What kind of locks are there on the doors? what is there to do on this resort? What trips did you do nearby>?

You can stay over shabbos and just leave your door ajar. Or have them open it for u. There’s no housekeeping so that shouldn’t mess up the room
