I saw some nice linen sets online for very cheap however they are made from polyester material.
Personally I like a high quality linen for myself. I’m looking for my kids and I’m not sure if they would care if the material is not the finest. I do care that my kids should be comfortable.
The reviews say that the material feels soft and is thin.
Looking for advice on buying polyester linen...
Thanks

I bought my kids microfiber sheets (polyester) at Target. They're super soft and obviously wrinkle free. However, they are warmer than cotton sheets. They're very happy with them anyway but I wouldn't get it for myself since I get very warm at night even with cotton sheets.

Most of the time the blends are not very comfy and pill after a short amount of time. The thread count makes a difference. The percentage of cotton vs poly too. There's a company with 300 thread count poly cotton blend that is high quality and feels good.

You should try to have 100% cotton sheets.

Not for me.
I do have some cheap sets that are poly cotton for backup on vomit runs.
I have a son who vomits whenever he is sick so I need lots of coverage.
The usual ones we all sleep on are 100% cotton, and I like it that way.

Cotton is best, or a cotton blend with more cotton than poly. Polyester is essentially woven plastic and is death in sultry weather. About the only good thing about it is that it dries in a jiffy.

We had polyester sheets. Never again.
