Great thread.
I have a few mitzvos I strongly connect to and it's really hard for me to pick one.
TH. The separation, bedikos and dipping, are not easy. But, I feel drawn to the overall mitzva.
Baking challos. Even without doing hafroshas Challah, the act of baking challos for shabbos is a mitzva.
Shabbos. Everything about it. When I light shabbos candles I feel holiness reigning. I live shabbos songs like 'I see 2 candles', 'I used to think my mother was a shabbos queen'.
Hachnosas orchim, I love having guests. Particularly guests who need an invite. Even if it's just tourists in the country. Anyone who needs hosting, not just friends. My children are disappointed when we don't have any.
