I'm looking for a yeshivish summer camp for my daughter for next summer (next summer she'll be going into 7th grade). The main caveat is she has Celiac so we need a place that can and is willing to accommodate. It would be her first summer so really would like it to be positive! We live in the Midwest and would like a more out of town camp. I know of Maarava and just heard of Maayan Midwest. Does anyone know if Maayan is yeshivish? Also, I have heard of Chaviva but not sure if that's still going to have an out of town feel to it, also is it yeshivish/BY type? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!!

Maayan Midwest was started to be specifically less Yeshivish than Maarava (or Agudah Midwest). It is basically geared to the type of girls that go to Arie Crown in Chicago which is the middle of the road school. More right wing girls who go to Bais Yaakov mostly go to Maarava and some to Agudah Midwest.

Very helpful thank you! They just specifically put on their website how they go out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs!! Has anyone sent a child to maarava that has Celiac or a food allergy and know if they accommodate?
