My sister did this and charged $200 per month. It basically covered the cost of the daycare where she was sending her kid  but it was a big stress and responsibility so she stopped after a couple years.

I've done this.
I've paid $5 per ride and paid at the end of the month for one kid.
For another kid I paid per month at the beginning of the month. The going rate where I live is $60-$65 a month for one direction.

I’ve paid about 150 a month for one way to a teacher not a mom. And both kids were at the same school not different schools which makes a difference.
If you can rearrange your schedule to do the morning carpool that would probably be much more appealing to another mom. And yes, it is a big deal to have to drive two extra kids in car seats every day even if she goes to the schools anyway.

You can just have your babysitter pick up your kids, and you pay for the ubers....

My sister is doing pickups for some kids for a camp. They are paying her 175/kid a month.

It’s a big deal . I did it last year I had to wait by a bus stop and pick up her daughter then wait by my sons bus stop and bring her son to the Babysityer. She payed me 100 a month and I felt it was very little . I also felt a lot of pressure to make alternate arrangements the days I couldn’t make it . I think at least $200 a month .

I paid $125 a month for one child, one way, 4 days a week. School is about 10 min away and the person took another kid also.
