According to dr don clum he says u did lose...u lost fat inside the organs which are dangerous to ones health...after the body removes the fat inside organs(that we cant see)and it can take months, only then will the body lose the body fat we see externally.
Do u really think ur body didnt gain by stopping sugar??
I think it did!!! And im inspired by u bec its not easy!!

I have no intentions to dehydrate myself and I need the motivation.

How is anyone who does this going to do it and then maintain the loss? No, not interested because I dont lose weight quickly, however I do maintain weight loss. I can’t imagine doing it as a competition. Everyone is different ages, height, body composition and hormonal levels. Never mind insulin resistance levels. Think about it.
An accountability group? Great. A competition, no thank you.

I’ll join for the fun of it. I’m on low carb, high fat (healthy fat, of course) and losing nicely as long as I keep it. As soon as I go off I gain weight, but I know exactly what I need to do to get back on track. My current weight is 228
