My bread in the bread machine came out really small. Does anyone have a good bread recipe?

White or wholewheat?

300ml water (lukewarm), (for mezonos use 160ml pure apple juice, not from concentrate and 140ml water)
50g sugar
50g oil
Tsp salt
600g flour (mix of whole wheat and white, approx 400g white to 200g wholewheat, depending on the ratio you want)
Seeds optional
12-15g dried yeast

Some machines need specific recipes for the machine. Check if yours came with a recipe book- it might well have a recipe for small loaf and another for large loaf. That’s what ours has.

Check the settings on your machine. Mine has 3 settings for loaf size. Make sure you are using the correct amounts for your loaf size.
