Looking for a good English name to use as legal name for Nechemia since Nechemia is not pronounceable by secular ppl Smile

Henry? You can really choose any name you like. One of my kids has an English name totally unrelated to the Jewish name because the Jewish name wasn't close to anything.

Or, Nehemiah. It's a name that people should recognize as biblical. I will grant you that the "c" might throw them off.

I vote for Nehemiah. It's anyway the "English" version.

Don't do another Hebrew name like Nathan or Nathaniel, that will just confuse people and everyone will think his name is Natan/Netanel.

If you want something that's "English", there's Neal/Neil, Nolan, Nigel, Nevin...I can't think of anything else.
