My brand new jar of Sir Kensington's Organic Mayonnaise didnt "pop".
It had the plastic seal and it smells fine.
I can call Cust Serv at 9am.
I wonder if theyll say I can use the sandwiches I made with this mayo?
I read reviews online that said when it spoils the oil separates and it becomes an oily mess. I wonder if the fact that my mayo hasnt separated means its fine.

In my experience companies usually take a cautious position. FWIW I'm strictly on the side of "when in doubt throw it out." Seems to be just one less thing to worry about.

Company reply:
"Thanks so much for writing in. I definitely understand your concern and I’d love to help you out here. Because of the way our mayo is produced and the bottle is filled, the lid does not need to pop when you open your jar. The way you know your jar has never been opened in the plastic tamper evident seal.
Additionally our mayo is unique in that it has a large amount of black pepper in it in varying sizes, so it sounds like your jar is completely normal!
I hope that helps, if there’s anything else I can do for you feel free to let me know!
Best,
Amy"
So none of their Mayonnaise jars ever pop?

Sounds OK (even for me!). FWIW I've been using Chosen Foods Vegan.

And you never questioned it, being that all Mayonnaise jars Ive opened in the past "popped"?
