Depends if you are big busted or not. I have yet to find a good supportive one.
Really the best option is to covert existing ones that work well for you

I can only wear underwire and I really like the Leading Lady underwire nursing bras sold on Amazon.

I used to convert all of mine too. However, Chic Lingerie, in Monsey, got some really good ones from Israel that are very supportive and not underwire. I bought a few of those and was really happy with it. I'm sure if you're in the tristate area, your local store should have it as well. Sorry, I don't have the company name.

Not too expensive, I think it was in the $40 range if I'm not mistaken. Probably a bit cheaper.

Finally after nursing 4 kids, by my 5th I found out that Motherhood has a great line of practical supportive nursing bras that run in the unusual sizes that are hard to find in regular places. Sizes like 34 DDD, they go bigger even. The ladies working there are also sooo helpful and bring you different bras to try. I wouldn't say they are expert fitters but they have good enough knowledge.
I'm considering using their bras even after I finish nursing since they are great bras in my size for great price (under $50- usually for my size I need to go to specialty store and spend $100 on each bra). I hope this was helpful! Good luck!
