I am traveling by plane with a young newborn (4wk old). I usually take Dramamine for flying. I am seeing mixed opinions on Dramamine/Bonine for nursing mothers since small amounts goes through breastmilk. To make things more complicated it can dry up milk supply and I already have milk supply issues...any suggestions?!? If I were to call my doctor is this a question for my OBGYN, pediatrician or PCP???

There are these glasses that people love and help with motion sickness. Google motion sickness glasses. You can also search online for "natural remedies for motion sickness" and that should give you some good idea.
