DH loves sweet potato but he likes it savoury not sweet. Any ideas? I have lots left over.

You can add sauteed onion and garlic, salt and pepper, and use it as filling for bourekas.

Add salt and water or broth and blend to make a sweet potato purée. Would be great with steak or chicken.

I mash with caramelized onions and goat cheese, then use as a filling (bourekas, ravioli, whatever) or plain as a side.

Mix with lots of carmalized onions and chicken broth and use an immersion blender. Add salt, pepper, and garlic. Makes a delicious soup!
