What are you asking exactly? If I break my fast early I will make havdala on sparkling apple cider

This may be helpful for you

One year I had a baby right before Tisha b’av. It came out just like this year.
Our rav told my husband that he should make havdalla for me and I should drink after he says the brocha. I think I drank coffee since wine/grape juice is prohibited until Sunday night.

This might be Litvish vs Chasidish thing, I have a book that says I or someone has to make Havdala. Our dayan said I can just eat/drink.

When I was in this situation, my DH was told to make havdalla and have me drink ( I don't remember on what). This year, my DD was told that she doesn't need havdalla, ahe ahould just break her fast at time X.

When my Rav told me that I don't need to fast, he said I should say havdala on OJ before I eat on Sunday, and motzei Shabbos say the bracha on eish. (I will probably 'fast' motzei Shabbos.)

Thank you, tichellady, for posting that link.

Good luck to all.

Whatever you're planning to do please discuss first with your rav. I think havdala is mandatory by all chasidish and litvish
