Has anyone eaten frozen packaged blintzes just defrosted without frying or baking them? They seem to be cooked through and the frying/baking seems to add color and texture.
Was thinking to serve for shaleshudos.

I would think they'd be very soggy. I would bake them now in a toaster oven and wrap them up well and refrigerate until tomorrow. Take them out a while before eating so they're not so cold.

I think some may require cooking.
The brand Royal specifically states it does not-I defrost each one wrapped in a thick paper towel so they dont get soggy

I use Golden brand blintzes. They would be an unappealing texture and flavor if not cooked. They can be baked but tend to leak/collapse. They hold together better and taste delicious fried in butter.
