Perhaps this is confused with not eating fish at the last meat before Y"K.

We have a minhag (?) not to eat fish the last meal before a fast, unless the last meal is seuda shlishis, like this year. Usually we have fish for lunch on erev TB and something else for dinner.

Amein.
Being that it is pushed off this year from Shabbos to Sunday, it should be pushed off permanently and be changed to a day of great joy and happiness.

good idea. whats your recipe?

Doughless potato knish
8 potatoes (I like Yukon Gold), peeled, cooked, and mashed
4 onions, diced & sauteed
4 eggs
2.5 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1.5 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients. Pour mixture into two round or square pans (I usually make three smaller ones). Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes to an hour. Freezes well.

Challah/Matza
Rolls
Gefilte fish
Dips
Cauliflower salad (mock potato salad)
Spinach quinoa avocado salad
Sweet potato fries, room temperature
Vegetable Sushi rolls
Grilled chicken in whole wheat wraps
Cut up fruit
Vitamin water

It’s a lot but I have a few picky eaters so I need to make sure everyone has at least a couple of things to eat. Like my daughter will have challah and sushi. My shabbos guest will have challah and spinach salad, Dh will eat fish and sweet potato fries, and chicken wraps. And I’ll have a little of everything!

Actually isn’t my recipe got it from someone recently and loved it!!! So this week will be an experiment to see how well it goes!!

One bag of cauliflower to
half can cucumbers in brine.
chop up a purple onion.
Dressing:
a little of the juice from the pickles,
2 Tbsp mayonaise
4 tablespoons vinegar
a teaspoon salt

Then taste it because sometimes it needs a little more salt or vinegar . I didn’t follow recipe exactly

I made salmon with soy sauce and maple syrup.

A small pareve cholent in case we're in the mood.

Just made a great potato salad. Red potatoes, added while still warm, a little olive oil, the remains of somd Yitz's Lite Caeser dressing eked out of bottle with a little water, some lite Hellmans mayo. Then I sprinkled some Bragg's Organic Sprinkles (24 herbs) on one piece and it tasted good, so I added to the whole bowl.

For myself I'll add some fresh dill and lemon but DH doesn't enjoy those so I'm not putting in the container.

Probably a tossed salad too. Maybe iced coffee if I get very ambitious, though probably decad to avoid caffeine issues.

We ate what we ate for lunch. Adobo beef and prime rib. I took a bunch of salt pills over the day and drank a couple of extra glasses of water.
