My dishes are dirty after Shabbos. Can I touch water and wash all the dishes or just what I need for cooking?

Tisha b'Av?
I believe if they're smelly and attracting flies, you're allowed to wash them. Can you ask your LOR?

You can cook and wash dishes after chatzos on Tisha B'av.
