Well.. we do make a good pair. We carry the load together. I nurse because he can’t and he sleeps because I can’t.

I think I know your husband!
You cook because he can't and he eats because you can't. I just saw him trying to buy you monogrammed sheets

To shovel my car out of the snow when needed!
(Didn't work so well. He's a computer geek, so just worked from home when there was a snowstorm. I spent the day shoveling my car out)

So when I go to the hospital and give birth, people don't whisper behind my back, "poor thing, no father in the picture..so brave.. "

The pickle jars, that's my reason too!
Really, to make all those phone calls I hate... phone services, insurance stuff, fight unfair bills etc. And to pay them bills. And also to pick up the phone to scammers and drive them insane.
To filter the news and tell me only what I need/care to know.

Somehow this strikes me as dangerous, because logically or not, it's reminding me of this joke:
Betty says to Mel (just pulling these names out of nowhere), "Mel, that's the fourth time you went to the buffet. Aren't you embarrassed?"
Says Mel, "No, I just say it's for you."

And I just believe that everyone will think it's for him.
Like when I was a teenager and refused to buy sanitary products. I made my father go to the local pharmacy where everyone knew our family to buy them.
Bcz that way no one would know it was for me.
Get it?

Also, I second what other ladies have said about late-night snacks. Nu I should get my own popcorn and decaf?
