Count me in. Currently 175, came down from 182 over the last 8 weeks or so. No special diet, just reducing sweets and calories in general. At first it worked great but since, I've been stuck on 175 for 3 weeks now. Have to fight to get lower.

I'm in. 252 this morning. I started at 260 about 2 months ago. At first I gave up sugar but only lost about 4 pounds after a month and a half. 2 weeks ago, I went very low carb (practically no carb) and lost another 4 pounds or so. Rolling Eyes

Ok, I’m jumping in on the fun!
Just bought a lot of healthy food today!
I’m 179 pounds.
When the scale budges, I’ll share and then buy myself something special, not food! Oh and because I’m anonymous, this will be my symbol: Hooray ( victory dance) the symbol makes it easier to identify each other since we are all amother! It might be helpful if we all have symbols, it would make this thread easier to follow and inspiring!

Truth is that Sunday morning I weighed myself. No weight change. Was very sad. Blamed the challa from Shabbos, and pre-Tisha B’Av cheesecake.... but by Tuesday I had a pleasant surprise! And then I realized that Mother Nature had called, and that’s why my weight wasn’t going down. But now that it’s almost over-hopefully I’ll be a few more lb down by the end of the week. I’m being hopeful/optimistic. I’ll keep you posted.

Anyone still hanging in there? I’ll be weighing in on Friday... it’s a slow go but then again it took me a long time to put on this excess weight...
Still standing at 176/177
Eating 1500 calories a day just feeling bloated because it’s that time of the month
