I'm taking my girls (12 & 8) on a (long awaited) trip to the American Girl Doll store tomorrow, IY"H (we live in Lakewood).

We have a personal shopper appt at 11am & salon appts at 5pm which means we will be there all day. I can't imagine we will want to stay in that one store the whole time. I know FAO Schwarz is close by. Any other nearby fun stuff? Any kosher food availability (not TOO expensive & kid friendly)?

Also, any tips if you've been?

TIA

anon because we've been telling everyone about our trip.

AIUI, you need to ask in advance, but you can have lunch with your daughters and their dolls at American Girl; the bring in kosher food from My Most Favorite.

Milk and Honey - 46 bet park and mad. Pizza and such

Kosher Deluxe - 46 bet 5th and 5th. Burgers, hot dogs and so much more. I don’t why I’m blanking on whether it’s 46 or 47.

Across from American Girl on 51 is a fire education store. I’ve never been in with my kids but it can be interesting.

Library on 53rd between 5th and 6th screens kids movies during the day. Not sure their schedule

If chalav yisroel isn’t an issue the m&m store or Hershey store in Times Square.

The Disney store in Times Square.

Top of the Rock. Its expensive, though.

Wander around Rock Center, then onto 5th Avenue.

If its a nice day, go to Moshe's Falafel Truck on 46th between 5th and 6th and eat outside. Its probably the closest place. Mendy's closed some time ago. There's also Kosher Deluxe and Milk & Honey.
