I’ve been the DC at least 5 times but never heard of any of those attractions.
I don’t count Madame Tussaud. I’ve obv heard of it but wouldn’t consider going, especially in DC which has so many amazing museums (that u can’t see anywhere else)
I’m not a botanical garden person. Again, to me, you can go to gardens anywhere
No need for packages: most of the best museums are free.
Check out the smithsonian museums. That’s the best starting point.
I’m also fond of the monuments. Especially if you’ve never been.

Consider Mount Vernon, which is outside of DC and George Washington's home. We use our car, but leave it in one place when visiting the Smithsonian museums. Also, it's pretty simple to drive by the White House to see it and take a quick photo.

We just did a 2 hour segway tour this week. It was amazing! Was more like an overview on the sights and from there you can decide which sights interest you to visit and see more in depth. We also visited the Holocaust museum - a must IMHO.

I found the website.

Next week its going to be 90+ degrees. I cant see anyone wanting to get around the sites without air conditioning in 90+ degrees.
Is there a tourbus (air conditioned) that everyone uses?
