I'm starting to cook now for post-partum.
Any good chicken cutlet recipes that are freeze able? (Not breaded!)

Generally saucy foods freeze well. I would toss in a bag with sauce raw if you'll be able to cook them once baby's here.

Marinate in soy sauce, oil, fresh garlic, salt and a spoon of sugar. Then pack them double wrapped in your family-sized packages.

For grilled chicken, mix up 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp each garlic powder and smoked paprika for every pound of chicken. Sprinkle all sides of cutlets. Freeze raw in Ziploc bags. Grill fresh.
Cut cutlets into cubes for sesame chicken. Place in Ziploc bag. Then mix up the sauce for sesame chicken and place in a container or another Ziploc bag. Place both sealed bags into a larger Ziploc bag to freeze together. Coat chicken cubes with sauce before baking fresh.

Stuff pounded cutlets with pastrami or kishka. Freeze and bake fresh.
Cube cutlets and marinate in a Ziploc bag with olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and lots of shwarma seasoning spice mix. Freeze raw. Bake, saute or grill fresh and serve in pita with tehina and cut veggies.
